1920’s Chicago Carriage House

San Francisco interior designer Ken Fulk is a firm believer in the notion that every home has an identity. “You can take a house in some suburb and make it look like everything else around it. Or you can give it personality and character to make it different and matchless. But to get anywhere, you have to define its identity and play to it when you decorate,” he says, putting words to a process that has become instinctive to him after 10 years in the design business.
