The 11 most anticipated spring restaurant openings in the Bay Area

Bay Area restaurants are gearing up to open in force this spring.

Little Saint

The SingleThread team is focused on vegetables for its next act: Little Saint, a sprawling space full of music, art, food and wine in downtown Healdsburg. The project by Jeff and Laurie Ubben, co-owners of DuMol Winery in Windsor, also features the work of renowned designer Ken Fulk. In addition, his nonprofit Saint Joseph’s Arts Foundation will organize events in the multifaceted hub. But the food and beverages will be the meat-free vision of Kyle and Katina Connaughton, who are known for their sustainable agricultural practices at SingleThread’s farm. For diners who have always wanted to try the Connaughton’s food but couldn’t afford the three-Michelin-starred experience, Little Saint also represents a more reasonable and casual opportunity, although the restaurant hasn’t released sample prices yet.

Projected opening: April
