Shipping Policy
We ask that you please allow 3-5 business days lead-time from purchase date for processing shipment. We try to accommodate rush orders when possible, please contact shop@kenfulk.com before placing your order. When your order ships, you will receive a notification and tracking number sent to your email. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a non-P.O. Box address for shipping when checking out. We cannot fulfill international orders at this time.
To receive orders on in-stock product by December 23rd: place orders by December 11th. Please also email shop@kenfulk.com to guarantee holiday arrivals.
Ken Fulk works with select white-glove delivery services for fine art, fragile and large items; please email to coordinate and calculate shipping.
Alternatively, local pickup is available. You may schedule pick-up by emailing the store (shop@kenfulk.com)

Store Policies
A return for most items may be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the condition received. Fine art, made to order, and one-of-a-kind items are final sale and are ineligible for returns.
Send an e-mail to shop@kenfulk.com stating the reason for return. We will assist with the return process and are available Mon-Friday, 11-6. We will respond within 1-2 business days.
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note, processing can take up to 2 weeks for returns.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at kenfulk.com, and please state your reason for exchange and provide pictures of damage or defect. Many of our products are vintage or made by hand in small batches; these products may have natural imperfections or variations. Due to our one-of-a-kind products, your exchange could be delayed or unavailable if we are out of stock, or if that item is unique. We will always try to exchange for the exact item or try to make an alternative suggestion if available.
