Magic Factory East

This 5,000-square-foot loft serves as Ken Fulk Inc.’s East Coast headquarters—both a residence and a design studio. In updating the space after its purchase, Fulk emphasized the importance of maintaining the tension between the beautiful, raw building and the finery with which he filled it.
