Designed by Oscar Torlasco for Lumi in the 1950s, Suspension Pendant Model 553 shows Torlasco’s minimalist yet expressive approach to lighting. Born in Rome Italy, Oscar Torlasco is considered one of the best mid-century lighting designers of his era. Trained at the Brera Academy in Milan, Torlasco became known for his work with Lumi creating high-quality pieces that defined mid-century Italian design.
